Refund Policy: We try to ensure the products you receive are delivered in excellent condition. if any item you receive is damaged, please include a picture(please no zip files). Report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of receipt of order so that we can help rectify and credit your account.
Shipping Costs:
We are currently offering a flat rate of $5 shipping on all orders. Most orders will be shipped within 48 business hours, if items are available. We are sorry, but you are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may however refuse the package, and upon its return receipt we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply.
Return Policy:
We will accept the return of shipped merchandise if notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will issue Credit to your account or refund you. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
